A mascara sample should be reviewed as a complete delivery system. Formula viscosity, brush geometry, wiper opening, fill target, and tube closure affect pickup, application, wiping, and the finished pack.

MOQ for standard and customized mascara
MOQ starts from 500 units for selected mascara formulas using available standard black or white tubes. Other tube colors can start from 500 units only when the component supplier can combine production with an active order; without a suitable combined run, the normal custom-color tube MOQ is 10,000 units.

Samples and production planning
Sample development normally takes 10-15 days after the product brief and customization requirements are confirmed. After the sample, final specification, and artwork are approved, bulk production is completed by our manufacturing partner and normally takes 20-40 days.
