Manufacturing facility compliance
Our lash serum and eye makeup formulas are produced through a manufacturing facility partner. Facility credentials are not presented as permanent company credentials: the current ISO 22716 scope, issuer, holder, validity dates, and applicable audit records are rechecked during supplier and order qualification.
- ISO 22716: cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines — covers hygiene, production controls, and quality management in cosmetic manufacturing
- Sedex SMETA: ethical trade audit covering labour, health and safety, environment, and business practices
- SGS product testing reports available for selected formula directions and markets
- Document review arranged per order; originals shared during qualification on request
Market compliance documents we can support
Different destination markets require different documents before a cosmetic product can be sold. We work through the document requirements with buyers before bulk production.
- CPNP: EU cosmetic product notification — a mandatory registration step for products placed on the EU market, not a product approval
- MSDS: material safety data sheets for shipping, market entry, and formula review
- FDA cosmetic facility and product listing support for US market review — cosmetics do not require FDA pre-approval
- Additional market-specific documents reviewed on request by destination country and sales channel
How compliance documents are handled per order
Compliance documents are matched to the formula direction, packaging, and destination country of each order. We confirm the applicable document set before production.
- Confirm destination country and sales channel first
- Match the formula direction and ingredient list to market rules
- Review label and claims wording before printing — wording must be supported by available formula documents
- Prepare and share the document set with your team before shipment
