Direct answer
We support custom lash serum packaging with tube, applicator, color, logo decoration, and outer-box options. MOQ depends on the available component, custom color, printing method, finish, and whether a new mold or deeper product development is required.
- Tube structure
- Compare available square, aluminium, double-ended, mini, or dropper formats before requesting samples.
- Decoration
- Logo printing, hot stamping, laser carving, surface finish, and box artwork depend on material and quantity.
- MOQ
- Available standard black or white tubes can start from 500 units; custom colors and structures follow separate conditions.
- Packaging brief
- Send quantity, country, tube or box reference, logo, preferred finish, and required timeline.
Custom packaging scope
The current private label service can include logo, tube, cap, and outer box changes before deeper formula development. This is useful for buyers testing a new brand line.
- Logo or graphic design on product packaging
- Tube color and cap options
- Outer box sample and layout confirmation
- Ingredient direction and label wording questions
Tube styles available for lash serum
Lash serum packaging starts with the tube structure. We keep several tube families on file so buyers can compare shapes before requesting samples.
- Square injection-molded tubes and square serum tubes
- Aluminium tubes with lash serum and mascara combinations
- Double-ended tubes and mini tubes for travel or trial sizes
- Dropper bottles for serum formats that need pipette dosing
Applicator and logo decoration options
The applicator and the logo decoration finish together define how the product feels in hand and on the shelf. Both can be sampled before bulk production.
- Precision brushes, silicone brushes, and nylon brushes for serum application
- Logo methods: silkscreen, UV printing, hot stamping, laser carving, and deboss or emboss
- Surface finishes: glossy UV coating, gradient spraying, glitter, metal, and electroplating effects
- Custom paper box layout and packaging text review before printing
What affects MOQ and packaging cost
Tube color and component availability have a direct effect on MOQ. Available standard black or white tubes can start from 500 units. Other colors can start from 500 units only when the component supplier can combine production with an active order; without a suitable combined run, the normal custom-color tube MOQ is 10,000 units.
- Available standard black or white tubes: starting MOQ 500 units
- Other colors with combined production: 500 units or more
- Other colors without a combined run: normal MOQ 10,000 units
- Printing method and color count
- Formula and ingredient requirements
Packaging requirements and sample check
A complete packaging request does not need to be perfect. A few reference photos and a quantity range are enough for an initial quotation; a sample check then helps confirm the product, tube, printing, and box before bulk production.
- Brand logo file if available
- Tube and box sample images
- Target retail price or channel
- Expected order quantity and timeline
Prepare a retail-ready packaging brief
Good packaging decisions connect your buyer, retail channel, and product claim direction. We can review the practical production details after you share the intended market and the information you already have.
- Target market and intended sales channel
- Required product name, label language, and claim direction for review
- Tube, cap, outer box, and finish references
- Whether you need ready wholesale goods, light customization, or OEM support
